Zutshi Travel World Service has its own Country Estate, owned by the Managing Director, Mr. Ajay Ahuja and his wife, Anu. It is called "Ekant" and the name implies "Solitude" in Hindi offers Bed and Breakfast in Delhi. In reality, it lives up to its name since it is simply just that. It is in a quiet, private neighbourhood where all that one can hear is the chirping of birds during the day and watch peacocks congregate in the evenings. The place is relaxing and rejuvenating. It is located about 10 kms from the main International Airport, and about 15 kms from the City Center.

The Estate is in an area of 2.5 acres of land (approx. 12,000 sq. metres). It contains the following :-

* Large central building having 4 bedrooms, a large drawing room, a    dining room, lobbies, terraces and kitchen.
* A swimming pool measuring almost 40 feet x 20 feet.
