The Company was founded in 1973 by the late Inder Zutshi, one of the pioneers of the Indian travel industry. His 48 years of rich travel industry experience is a legacy that is alive and well in the best-of-class travel competence of Zutshi Travel of today.

In 1997, having acquired the business, Mr. Ajay Ahuja, the present Managing Director, became the able custodian of Zutshi Care. A Mechanical Engineering Graduate with a Master in Business Administration, Ajay possesses work experience in the U.K., Algeria, France, New Zealand and the United States. This experience in multicultural environments has proved to be of immense value as Ajay returned to India and having a passion for travel, started a travel business.

At Zutshi, we enjoy a close enduring "partnership" with our network of Agents. Most of the clientele is from the U.S. We also cater to the market from U.K., Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, Denmark and Hong Kong.

You must have come across numerous sites on travel to India while surfing the Internet. They all seem so inviting and promising. Personally, I too would be completely confused and it would be so difficult to decide whom to TRUST !!

On my several marketing trips abroad, I have often been posed one question "Why travel to India?" Even the clients that have decided to visit India have often said , " Our neighbors always asked us why of all the places are you going to India ? "And the answer would be a shrug of the shoulder and a non committal answer or simply" I do not know but I am curious." Fair enough !

Most of the visitors who have gone back after utilizing our services have commented on their return that they were able to return to the neighbours and answer them more confidentiality at the amazement and awe at the myriad experiences that they had been through. Yes, you can either love India or hate it - with those making that latter remark very few in numbers. I would be simply lying if I said there were none !! Please believe me when I state that I have been personally picked up by our Clients at the Airports , taken to their homes as house guest and looked after when I have visited their towns. India is a rare country where one learns very quickly to accept the unexpected. A smile on the faces of the children waving at you as you drive along the roads makes you wonder " With so much poverty around , how can the children be so happy ??" You could walk through a town which is 3000 years old "the oldest living city in the World" with the narrowest streets and homes which have never seen the rays of sunlight ever ! A city that would move you to no end and leave an impact on you for a long time to come. As we say that it can happen only in India that you could be on a Cycle Rickshaw one day winding your way through the narrow streets of Old Delhi , riding on an Elephant back upto the Palace in Jaipur on the next day , riding on a jeep in the jungles of Ranthambore to spot the elusive Tiger , cruising on a Boat in Udaipur and riding on a Camel back on the sand dunes in Jaisalmer, while stepping in the metropolis of the big cities like Delhi and Mumbai with broad avenues and sky rise buildings !

A Country which has crossed the 1 billion mark in population and the largest Democracy in the world .But still being secular in nature, you can find a Church , a Hindu temple , a Sikh Gurudwara and a Mosque all within a radius of 1 Kilometer coexisting in perfect harmony !

I could go on forever but the rest is what you need to come and see. Just let me add that one of the wonders of the World, probably the most photographed monument of the world - " The Taj Mahal " is also in India ! You do need to come and at least make a trip to see the Taj Mahal if nothing else !
