The ancient Indian philosophy and healing art of Yoga is a disciplined way of living - encompassing all aspects of life to balance the mind and body. Apart from physically stimulating the body, Yoga also satisfies the spiritual growth of an individual.
Encompassing several aspects like Asanas (postures), Pranayam (breathing) and meditation, Yoga is one of the most ancient healing sciences of the world that owes its origins in the Himalayan mountains. Yoga helps to enhance the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being using three branches - Hatha, Kriya and Raja.
Wheather the aim is to simply tone and stretch the physical realm or to delve into the deeper recesses of the mind, yoga helps to achieve both.
AYURVEDAAccording to Ayurveda, the Universe is made up of five primordial elements - earth, wind, fire, water and ether. These elements themselves are inanimate, but in combination, give rise to three main biological forces or principles in the human body called doshas - Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
Every human being has a different balance of elements and one dosha is predominant in our constitution and shapes our personality.
The Ayurveda regime consists of massages and specialized diet programes for present day rigours of modern day lifestyle and is specially designed keeping in mind the individual's desire to heal, cleanse, relax and revitalize.
Qualified Ayurveda doctors and therapists administer the treatments ranging from theraupatic massages to more rigorous forms of toxic elimination.
YOGA, MEDITATION & AYURVEDA TOUR
Day 01 :
Arrive Delhi and transfer to private Country Estate where one can stay in quiet, peaceful surroundings amidst greenery. Afternoon Introduction session to this ancient art of Yoga.
Overnight at Country Estate.
Day 02 :
Morning Yoga and Meditation session in fresh air in the open. After breakfast, proceed for sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi. Overnight at Country Estate.
Day 03 :
Morning Yoga and Meditation session. Later visit Yoga Learning and Development Center for in-depth understanding and interaction with expert Yogis. Afternoon, an introduction to healthy lifestyle through healthy food habits and personalised cooking session shall be organised. Overnight at Country Estate.
Day
04 :Morning Yoga and Meditation session. After breakfast, proceed to Ayurveda Center for massage and therapies. Evening Home Visit shall be organised to the Indian family home of the owners for seeing Indian living lifestyle and interaction. Dinner with family. Overnight at Country Estate.
Day 05 :
Morning Yoga and Meditation session. After breakfast, proceed to the family owned 20 acre Vegetable and fruit Orchard nearby. Afternoon visit Ayurveda Center for massages and therapies.
Overnight at Country Estate.
Day 06 :
Proceed for a day trip to Agra to see tha famous Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Evening return to Delhi and transfer to Airport for flight home.
